Role Overview

JD Institute of Fashion Technology is looking for a full time Student Experience Officer responsible for ensuring a positive, engaging, and seamless experience for students throughout their academic journey. The role involves being the primary point of contact for student queries, coordinating with academic and administrative teams, addressing concerns, and facilitating student engagement activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a student-centric approach, strong coordination abilities, and the ability to resolve concerns professionally while maintaining a positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Support & Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for students for day-to-day queries and concerns.
- Understand student needs and provide timely guidance and support.
- Build positive relationships with students and maintain regular communication.
- Ensure students feel welcomed, supported, and engaged with the institute.




- Conduct regular student interactions to understand their concerns and feedback.

2. Query & Grievance Management
- Receive, document, and resolve student queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the reporting manager when required.
- Maintain records of student complaints, actions taken, and resolutions.
- Follow up with students to ensure satisfactory closure of concerns.

3. Academic & Administrative Coordination
- Coordinate with faculty, academic teams, administration, admissions, and other departments regarding student requirements.
- Support students with information related to schedules, classes, events, facilities, and institute processes.
- Assist in ensuring smooth communication between students and internal teams.
- Follow up on student-related operational requirements.

4. Student Activities & Events
