- Lead the complete R&D; and Product Development function.
- Develop recent products and improve existing testing instruments and equipment.
- Drive product innovation, design improvement, cost reduction and performance enhancement.
- Lead mechanical, electrical/electronic and instrumentation aspects of product development.
- Develop and validate prototypes, testing procedures and technical specifications.
- Ensure products meet applicable national and international testing standards.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Sales, Service and Purchase teams.
