About the job :
- Ensure quality checks of materials & finished products
- Monitor product quality as per organization specifications and SOPs
- Track and monitor shelf life of finished products
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and logs
- Coordinate with production, R&D;, finance and warehouse teams for quality compliance
- Identify and report quality issues or inconsistencies
- Support inventory management and stock tracking activities
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) processes for inventory handling
- Maintain Excel sheets and quality-related data accurately
- Overall, maintain a positive image and recall of AMINU as a brand.

What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Skincare, Personal Care, or Cosmetic R&D.;
- Good understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and product safety.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements and product documentation.
- Valuable attention to detail and documentation skills.




- A curious and problem-solving mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn.
- Comfortable working with different teams and managing multiple tasks.
- Passionate about skincare, innovation, and learning.

Compensation: Let's Discuss

Pay: ₹205,298.27 - ₹674,646.16 per year
