Job Overview

Candidates with experience in financial operations, reconciliation, invoice processing, trade operations, audit support or investment banking operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process financial transactions, invoices, expenses and related operational activities.
- Perform invoice processing, validation, tracking and escalation of discrepancies or exceptions.
- Handle reconciliation activities, identify breaks/exceptions and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support stock/trade reconciliation and other financial operations processes, wherever applicable.
- Support audit-related activities,



data extraction and preparation of information for internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple activities while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Investment Banking / Financial Services / Banking Operations / Capital Markets Operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Invoice Processing / Invoice Management
- Reconciliation / Break Management
- Trade Operations / Trade Reconciliation
- Expense Management
- Audit Operations / Audit Support
- Financial Operations
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ability to work with operational data and reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
