Job Responsibility:

• Project Financial Management & Reporting: Develop and manage project-

specific budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for residential real estate projects.

Monitor and control project expenditures to prevent budget overruns and delays.

Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including profit and loss

statements, cash flow statements, and variance analysis, for senior management

and stakeholders. Ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting of revenues,

costs, and margins as per IND AS standards.

• RERA Compliance: Oversee compliance with RERA regulations for residential

real estate projects including ensuring accurate and timely financial disclosures

and periodic reports. Collaborate with the legal and project teams to ensure proper

accounting treatment of customer advances, project revenues, and cost

recognition in line with RERA guidelines. Ensure adherence to RERA fund

utilization principles, including escrow accounts and fund allocation for project-

related activities.





• IND AS Compliance: Ensure that financial statements for residential real estate

projects are prepared in compliance with IND AS accounting standards. Provide

guidance on the application of IND AS for revenue recognition, project costing,

and financial reporting, particularly for long-term contracts and construction

activities. Liaise with auditors to facilitate timely audits and ensure proper

implementation of IND AS.

• Cost Control & Risk Management: Implement and manage solid project

controls to monitor and track cost performance and prevent budget overruns.

Identify project financial risks such as cost escalations and revenue shortfalls and

recommend effective mitigation strategies. Collaborate with project managers and

the finance team to conduct cost-benefit analyses and optimize resource

allocation.

• Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: Act as the primary financial
