Amrutanjan Health Care Limited is looking for Diploma Freshers in EEE, ECE and Mechanical Engineering to join our Production / Manufacturing team at our Sanitary Pad Manufacturing Unit in Seetharampur, Shadnagar.

The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, machine operations, process monitoring, quality checks and maintaining safety and hygiene standards on the shop floor.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor sanitary pad manufacturing machines and production lines under supervisor guidance.
- Support machine start-up, shutdown, changeover and production activities.
- Monitor machine parameters and ensure smooth production operations.
- Assist in machine settings and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper feeding and availability of raw materials on the production line.
- Perform basic in-process quality checks and identify product defects.
- Report machine abnormalities, breakdowns and quality issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Support packing and other production-related activities whenever required.




- Achieve assigned production targets while minimizing rejection and material wastage.
- Follow approved SOPs, GMP, quality, hygiene and safety procedures.
- Maintain 5S and positive housekeeping standards in the production area.
- Maintain basic production records and shift-related documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Follow all company rules, safety requirements and manufacturing standards.

Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma in EEE / ECE / Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of machines, equipment and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
