Role Overview

This is an execution-focused role for a self-driven digital marketer who enjoys building marketing programs from scratch. You will own digital campaigns, content, website optimization, and lead generation initiatives while working closely with business, sales, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Drive qualified lead generation for all StrideOne business verticals.

-Manage and optimize the StrideOne and CarmaOne websites, including SEO, landing pages, content updates, and conversion optimization.

-Create compelling B2B marketing content for websites, LinkedIn, email campaigns, blogs, and sales collateral.

-Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize CTR, conversions, and lead quality.

-Develop and execute LinkedIn organic and paid marketing strategies.





-Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.

-Build and nurture partnerships with industry associations, forums, and ecosystem partners.

-Support AI calling and pre-sales messaging through content testing and campaign optimization.

-Prepare regular marketing dashboards and performance reports using analytics tools.

-Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Leadership teams.
Required Skills & Experience

-2-4 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing.

-Experience independently managing SEO and SEM campaigns.

-Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs (or similar SEO tools).

-Experience with LinkedIn Ads and organic B2B content marketing.

-Knowledge of email marketing and automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.

-Familiarity with CRM platforms and website CMS (WordPress or equivalent).
