ROLE MISSION
Be the engine room for all five MAD verticals - Residential, Offices, Showrooms, Plots and Pre-Leased Assets.

Source and post listings, manage every inbound enquiry, and hand off qualified, site-visit-ready leads to the on-field sales team, following each one through to closure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing Properties
Source properties/listings from all possible channels - MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, newspapers/classifieds, and MAD's existing customer and owner database across all five verticals.
Build and maintain an organised, up-to-date inventory database for the team.

Posting & Listing Management
Post and refresh properties accurately on MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com and the relevant broker/agent and direct-client WhatsApp groups. Maintain listing hygiene - correct pricing,



photos and configuration; prompt removal of sold/leased inventory.

Attending Enquiries & Scheduling Visits
Attend to enquiries received via portals, WhatsApp groups, calls and referrals; qualify each one (budget, configuration, locality, purpose, timeline).Schedule site visits with the on-field sales team, coordinating calendars and ensuring a smooth handoff with full client context.

Follow-Up Until Closure
Track every enquiry and scheduled visit end-to-end, following up diligently alongside the sales team until closure.
Maintain accurate, current records on the CRM status, next action, notes and prepare regular MIS/reports for the Founder and Operations Lead.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Graduate (any stream); freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Excellent written and spoken English, Hindi and Marathi - this is a desk role built on transparent, prompt communication.
