We are seeking an experienced Senior ArcOne Functional Architect to lead functional design, workflow optimization, and process management across enterprise utility environments. This role focuses on configuring ArcOne work management processes, driving workflow automation, and providing production support within Oracle Utilities (CCS/MDM) ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and optimization of ArcOne workflows and operational processes. • Configure and support ArcOne work management processes and work queues. • Design end-to-end To Do routing, assignment, escalation, and resolution workflows. • Support exception management and operational efficiency initiatives. • Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements.



• Provide production support, managed services, and mentorship to junior consultants.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years in the Utility Industry with 5+ years of dedicated ArcOne solution experience. • Proven track record with Oracle Utilities CCS and/or MDM platforms. • Expertise in ArcOne Work Management, Work Queue Configuration, and To Do Management. • Solid skills in Workflow Automation, Process Optimization, Requirements Gathering, and Business Process Analysis. • Background in Managed Services, Production Support, Stakeholder Management, and UAT Support.
