DESIGNATION: E-Commerce Manager/Asst. Manger/Sr.
Executive

REPORTS TO: Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating & Maintaining product listings on different marketplaces like Amazon.com, and Amazon.uk, Amazon.de,
Amazon.fr, Walmart, eBay & etc.
Optimizing pricing for different products listings in different market conditions
Performing market research, competitor analysis & relay key insights to upper management
Managing Ad Campaigns using Google, Facebook & Amazon sponsored ads.
Maintaining multiple Google Analytics sheets to ensure smooth eCommerce Operations.
Develop engaging online content including blogs, infographics & videos with the help of designer.
Ensuring listing health as per respective marketplace guidelines
Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support product selection and identifying product gaps.
Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments




Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and
offering code performance
Collaborating with other teams to ensure proper data is updated as per standards.
Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
Reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategy Write and edit product content that will be published on e-
Commerce websites/portals.
Set standards, systems, and best practices for current product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared
across e-Commerce platforms.
Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, Keyword
