Job Title / Role: CAE Analyst - Crash Simulation

Perform Crash and Impact simulation and analysis for Current Product Development (NPD) of 3-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler vehicle platforms
Responsibilities
- Perform crash and impact simulation and CAE analysis for 3W and 4W platforms
- Conduct frontal, side, rear impact, and rollover crash simulations as per regulatory standards (BNVSAP, FMVSS, Euro NCAP)
- Evaluate and approve crashworthiness performance of parts/subsystems for NPD projects meeting QCD targets
- Develop and validate explicit FE models for crash simulation including material failure and contact modeling
- Simulate occupant safety, restraint systems, and structural energy absorption characteristics




- Execute technology development for passive safety improvement in CMB vehicle platforms
- Develop explicit models for component, subsystem and full vehicle simulations
- Correlate simulation results with physical crash tests and sled tests
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis for vehicle safety performance
- Prepare/Update crash simulation standards and align with test standards
