You're the senior expert in our Procurement Operations team, and a trusted partner to the Procurement Service Manager. You lead operational excellence by analysing business performance, identifying operational risks, driving standardization across countries and ensuring operational governance. You transform operational insights into actions by leading root cause analysis,



driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of operational performance, user experience and process compliance.

You'll contribute to delivering the 3Es, effectiveness, efficiency and experience, while supporting Ingka's ambition to become a lower-cost company through simplification, standardization and automation.

What we're looking for
- A university degree and 6–7 years of relevant Procurement, P2P or supply chain experience, or a minimum of 9 years of overall relevant professional experience
- A deep understanding of procurement operations and end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes
- Experience analyzing KPIs, SLAs and operational performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience leading root cause analysis, with a track record of corrective actions that stick
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for Operational Exce
