Position: Sales Consultant

Location: Ahemdabad, Rajkot, Anand

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries received through digital platforms, emails, phone calls, and walk-ins
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages
- Assist customers with booking procedures, visa processing, and payment formalities
- Provide recommendations on GIT / FIT / Inbound holiday packages based on customer requirements, budgets, and market trends
- Manage end-to-end processes for bookings, itinerary planning, visa coordination and payment workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle multi-country travel plans and high-value customer segments
- Maintain accuracy in documentation, customer updates, and entries while adhering to company policies and service standards

Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
