Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating candidates for IT, engineering, manufacturing, production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and other industrial positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WhatsApp groups, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Recruit for both IT and Manufacturing/Engineering positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regularly until joining.




- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable candidate shortlists.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate MIS and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Good knowledge of IT and Manufacturing recruitment.
- Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a WFH environment.
- Target-oriented and good follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment.
