Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled, presentable, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage reception and front-office activities. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and should possess excellent communication, client-handling, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, candidates, and employees in a professional manner.
- Handle the reception/front desk and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- Attend, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate teams.
- Handle client queries professionally and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain visitor records, appointments, meeting schedules, and conference room bookings.
- Manage incoming/outgoing couriers, documents, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets, MIS,



visitor records, and other administrative data.
- Support the Admin/HR team with basic documentation and coordination activities.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, professional, and presentable.
- Perform other front-office and administrative duties as required.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client/visitor handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic MS Office applications.
- Professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Good coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Pleasant and professional personality with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 0–2 years; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Front Desk
