Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage provider credentialing process from application to activation.
- Coordinate with providers, insurance companies, and internal teams for enrollment and onboarding.
- Conduct orientation sessions for recent providers joining the network.
- Ensure accurate data entry into CRM system for provider profiles.
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to credentialing, enrollment, or onboarding.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in Credentialing, Enrollment, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), Onboarding, or Orientation in US Healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
