Role Summary

The Centre Manager/Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth daily functioning of the centre — overseeing front office operations, P&L;, facility upkeep, staff coordination, inventory/assets, and compliance with clinic SOPs. This is a hands-on operational role, not a desk-only position — you'll be on the floor, in the huddles, and across every department from reception to the ward.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Facility Management

Own and maintain a complete, up-to-date register of all clinical & non-clinical assets

Conduct daily facility rounds and ensure satisfaction, service quality of In-Patients.

Conduct daily inter-departmental huddle meetings to ensure the hassle free service.

Oversee facility cleanliness and supervise the housekeeping checklist across all areas, including patient restrooms

Ensure daily safety checklists (O2 cylinder, crash cart, emergency equipment, medicine fridge) are completed without fail

Coordinate AMC and calibration schedules for biomedical and other critical equipment

Manage vendor coordination for repairs,



maintenance, and procurement

Staff & Daily Operations

Run or delegate the daily morning huddle — reviewing yesterday's issues, today's plan, and any risk flags

Manage staff onboarding & logistics

Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and shift handovers across front office, pharmacy, and ward

Support rollout and adherence to SOPs across departments; flag gaps to the Quality team

Patient Experience

Oversee patient registration, scheduling, and front-office flow to minimize wait times and friction

Manage the patient feedback mechanism at reception and ensure feedback is reviewed and acted on

Ensure clinical forms are complete, compliant (patient ID, clinic logo, document control number), and properly filed

Compliance & Quality Support

Act as the on-ground point of contact for the Quality implementation

Support internal audits, incident/near-miss reporting, and corrective action tracking
