Role Description
The Architectural Drafter at ZILMAA is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves preparing detailed architectural and construction drawings for interior projects, including partitions, modular kitchens, and office furniture layouts. The Architectural Drafter will translate design concepts and client requirements into precise technical drawings, coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams, and revise plans based on feedback or site conditions.
Daily responsibilities include reviewing specifications, ensuring drawings comply with relevant standards, supporting project planning and execution, and maintaining organized documentation for all drafting activities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and detailed plans.
- Foundational knowledge in Architecture and Planning, including space utilization and functional layout design.
- Proficiency in technical Drawing using CAD or similar drafting software.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working on interior or construction projects, preferably involving partitions, modular kitchens, or office furniture.
- Attention to detail, strong spatial visualization, and the ability to interpret and clarify design briefs.
