HAECO Component Overhaul is an independent MRO offering offering a wide range of repair and overhaul solutions for aircraft components from purpose-built facilities in Hong Kong and Xiamen, our workshops also facilitate the closed-loop repair of components.
Position Description

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing repair management solutions that support customer requirements, commercial objectives, and operational performance. The position acts as a key customer-facing contact for repair management matters, working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners to drive service delivery, business growth,



performance improvement, and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
What You'll Do
- Repair Management Expertise: Own the design and development of repair management products, advising on customer requirements, operational feasibility, and commercially viable solutions.
- Business Development and Product Solutions: Work closely with Product Sales and Account Management to identify opportunities, develop repair management solutions, and support commercial growth with existing and potential customers.
- Implementation and Cross-Functional Coordination: Oversee product implementation and coordinate internal and external teams to meet agreed implementation timelines, resolve barriers, and ensure smooth transition into operation.
- Commercial, Financial, and Contract Support: Support commercial analysis, forecasting, profitability review, performance reporting, contract amendments, pricing
