Indian Leadership Academy is looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can transform ideas into engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
graphic design, video editing, video shooting, and AI-powered content creation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design engaging creatives for social media, advertisements, campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
2. Shoot high-quality photos and videos for promotional content, interviews, events, testimonials, and social media.
3. Edit short-form and long-form videos, including reels,advertisements, promotional videos, testimonials, and event highlights.
4. Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, voice-overs, and sound effects to video content.
5. Use AI-powered video and creative tools to generate, enhance, repurpose,



and optimize content.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and maintain a consistent brand identity.
7. Handle cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and video.

Requirements
1. In Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After effects.
2. Experience with AI video and creative tools such as Runway, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly or similar platforms.
3. Solid understanding of design principles, video composition, lighting, audio, and visual storytelling.
4. Hands-on experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and basic production equipment.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, video shooting, and AI-generated content.
7. 1- 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
