Business Development Executive – US Staffing | Commercial Clients

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in the US Staffing industry, particularly in working with commercial clients, vendors, and implementation partners. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US staffing market, proven experience in generating new business, and the ability to independently build and grow client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new US staffing vendors, implementation partners, and commercial accounts.
- Generate new staffing requirements through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Take ownership of accounts from initial outreach through requirement generation and closure.




- Understand client staffing needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and closures.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate repeat business.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support successful deal closures.
- Track business development activities, client interactions, requirements, and account progress.
- Consistently work toward revenue, client acquisition, and business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within US Staffing.
- Strong experience in current client acquisition and requirement generation.
- Established network of US staffing vendors, implementation partners, and commercial clients.
- Understanding of US IT staffing, contract staffing, staff augmentation, and recruitment processes.
