The role involves engaging US-based business owners and decision-makers through outbound cold calling, understanding their business needs, and generating qualified opportunities for our POS solution.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with high-volume calling, objection handling, and working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day to businesses across the US.
- Engage owners, managers, and decision-makers across restaurants, retail stores, convenience stores, liquor stores, and other SMBs.
- Identify customer pain points related to POS, payments, inventory, reporting, loyalty, online ordering, and business operations.
- Present and position the POS solution through consultative conversations.
- Handle objections confidently and convert cold calls into meaningful sales conversations.
- Qualify prospects and schedule demos/appointments for the sales team.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile
- Prior experience in US B2B sales, inside sales, SDR, or cold calling.
- Excellent spoken English with explicit and confident communication.
- Comfortable making 100+ calls daily and speaking with US customers.
- Strong objection handling, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and have conversations beyond a fixed script.
- Highly target-driven, competitive, persistent, and comfortable with rejection.
- Ability to work independently, especially in a remote environment.
- Willingness to work US Central Time (CST) hours.
- Night Shift - 9 Am to 4 Pm

Preferred Experience

Experience selling POS systems, payment processing, merchant services, SaaS, restaurant technology, retail technology, B2B software, or IT solutions will be an advantage.
