Title and Summary Senior Software Engineer Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer to join our growing team to handle:

Quality Engineer
- Lead and mentor QA teams to design, develop, and build solutions for internal and market-facing products.
- Collaborate with Product and Architecture teams to ensure features and stories are ready for QA.
- Drive technical design discussions and implement best-fit solutions within agreed timelines.
- Perform code reviews, promote continuous refactoring, and enforce coding standards.

Hands-On Technical Contribution




- Contribute to development in Python, Hadoop, JMeter, Debug and troubleshoot complex issues (core, heap, thread dumps) and resolve coding errors.
- Implement automation for code quality and security scanning.
- Must have knowledge in public cloud AWSAzure.

Process Quality Excellence
- Define and implement Quality processes, branching strategies, and test-driven development practices.
- Ensure timely delivery of features with accurate task estimates and complexity assessments.
- Conduct performance and load testing to validate application limits and scalability.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience, with a proven track-record of successfully delivering on complex technical assignments.
