Role Description
The Human Resources Executive Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting core HR functions and people operations at Laneway.



Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with HR documentation and policies, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. The intern will help coordinate HR activities such as scheduling interviews, supporting performance and feedback processes, and facilitating internal communication. The role may also involve conducting basic HR research, preparing reports, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
