We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to meetings, proposals, negotiations and closing.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

The BDM will be responsible for generating their own leads in addition to working with leads provided by the Lead Generation team.
- Identify and research potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, industry platforms and other channels.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and other prospecting tools to identify decision-makers.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, location, company size and marketing requirements.
- Conduct cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone and other relevant channels.
- Identify companies with potential SEO and Digital Marketing opportunities.
- Develop and maintain your own sales pipeline.





2. Lead Qualification
- Respond to inbound and outbound prospects.
- Understand the prospect's business, marketing objectives and challenges.
- Qualify prospects based on requirement, budget, authority, timeline and business potential.
- Prioritize high-quality opportunities for sales discussions.

3. Sales & Business Development
- Conduct discovery calls and online meetings with prospects.
- Present ClicksYou's SEO and Digital Growth solutions.
- Identify opportunities for SEO, Local SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, AI and other relevant services.
- Build relationships with Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Managers and Business Owners.
- Develop customized solutions based on client requirements.

4. Proposal & Closing
- Coordinate with the digital marketing/SEO team to prepare customized proposals.
