Job Description (JD):
- Manage and develop relationships with bank branches and bank staff.
- Coordinate with bank employees to generate insurance business.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads through the bank’s customer base.
- Meet customers and explain suitable insurance products.
- Train and motivate bank staff to promote insurance products.

- Track daily sales, leads, and business performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Conduct regular branch visits and review business performance.
- Prepare and share sales reports with management.
