Role Overview:

The Project Associate will support program management, reporting systems, ERP implementation,

and data governance across ongoing sustainability and operational projects.

The role requires structured documentation skills, and the ability to translate operational data into

clear reports and presentations.

The position involves close coordination with operations teams to ensure accurate reporting,

efficient data management, and effective implementation of digital systems.

This role provides exposure to project reporting, systems development,



and reporting in a fast

growing organization.

We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Curious and analytical, with the ability to convert operational data into meaningful

insights.
- Self-driven and proactive, comfortable taking initiative to improve systems and processes.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced operational environment while maintaining high

documentation standards.
- Able to communicate clearly through reports, presentations, and structured

documentation.
- Interested in operations strategy, data systems, and sustainability-driven projects.
- Able to work closely with both operations teams and management stakeholders.

Candidates with experience in data analysis, consulting, operations management, ERP

implementation, or sustainability projects will be particularly well suited for this role.
