Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full Desk Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including both business development/client acquisition and candidate recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying hiring needs, sourcing qualified candidates, managing the interview process, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

Develop new business opportunities and acquire new client accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders.

Understand client hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.

Negotiate recruiting agreements, bill rates, placement fees, and contract terms.

Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for additional business and expand existing client relationships.Recruitment & Candidate Management





Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake through candidate placement.

Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, networking, and other recruiting channels.

Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.

Assess candidates' skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.

Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide timely feedback.

Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and placement closing.

Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates for future opportunities.

Pipeline & Account Management

Build and maintain a solid pipeline of active clients, job openings, and qualified candidates.

Track recruiting activity, submissions, interviews, placements, and follow-ups in the ATS/CRM.

Meet or exceed established targets for placements, revenue, client acquisition, and recruiting activity.
