Key Responsibilities.
- National ,Regional and Local Hospital accounts Management & Business Development.
- Drive customer onboarding & new product listing (NPD) across the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue target.
- Ensure availability of the planned portfolio in respective hospital accounts.
- Prepare & present weekly/monthly business review.
- Work closely with Insti. distributors/stockiest. And maintain minimum 30 days of stocks.
- Order collection, amendments and appointment as per weekly/daily plan of key accounts.
- Adhere to the PJP and beat plan to ensure timely sampling & order collection.

Job Requirements.
- 2-8 Years experience in managing Hospitals business on National & Regional Hospitals.
- Strong understanding of Hospital Channel landscape, including operations, purchase & RC.
- Proven track records in managing hospital accounts or similar roles: ability to develop robust relationship with hospital buyers & KOLs at all levels.
