About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Hacking Intern who is curious about how products grow and wants hands-on experience across content, performance marketing, email marketing, lead generation, and experimentation.

You won’t just be executing a fixed marketing checklist. You’ll work closely with the founding team to try ideas, analyze what works, and turn successful experiments into repeatable growth systems.

What You’ll Do
- Create and repurpose content for LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs, and other channels.
- Research trending topics, competitors, creators, and customer conversations.
- Assist with performance marketing campaigns and track campaign results.
- Help build and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and sequences.
- Support lead generation through LinkedIn, email, communities, and other channels.
- Research and experiment with recent growth channels and tools.
- Analyze marketing data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help improve landing pages, CTAs, funnels, and conversion rates.
- Use AI tools to speed up research, content creation, analysis,



and marketing workflows.
- Run small growth experiments and document the results.
- Support SEO, social media, community building, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Work with the product and development team to turn growth ideas into practical experiments.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong curiosity about marketing, startups, SaaS, and technology.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Analytical mindset—you should enjoy looking at numbers and asking “why?”
- Ability to take ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
- Willingness to experiment, fail, learn, and try again.
- Basic knowledge of tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, or analytics tools is a plus.
