Your skills
- Proven experience in IT support/helpdesk roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common workplace infrastructure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Very good English skills both written and verbal
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle escalations effectively
- Current working knowledge of IT Service Management Best Practices
- ITIL certification or equivalent is a plus

Your tasks
- Lead and manage teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation, fostering team collaboration, and driving team performance through effective leadership and support
- Provide technical guidance and mentor team members while assisting them with technical issues and challenges
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team as well as managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders




- Develop and implement ticket resolution methodologies and best practices and ensure compliance across the team
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback and coach team members to improve their skills and performance
- Drive work elimination through automation and lead service enablement
- When required manage services and projects within IT
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture that values collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
