Job Details:

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Technical Customer Support process. The role involves assisting customers through voice, chat, and email while providing accurate and professional resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email.
- Provide technical assistance and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Eligibility:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Sales.




- International BPO experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Shift & Working Days
- 24×7 Rotational Shifts
- 5 Days Working

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
