Laboratory Operations & Testing Oversight
- Manage daily testing of raw materials, water systems, in-process samples, and finished injectable batches.
- Oversee critical sterile tests including sterility testing, bacterial endotoxin (LAL) assays, and container closure integrity.
- Review and approve analytical data, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and test procedures. [1, 2]

Compliance & Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) or out-of-trend (OOT) results and deviations.
- Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Ensure strict data integrity and compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Instrument Validation & Maintenance
- Direct the qualification, calibration, and maintenance of high-end lab equipment like HPLC, GC,



and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
- Oversee computerised systems and software validation used in the QC laboratory.

Audits & Team Management
- Prepare the laboratory for inspections by regulatory authorities (USFDA, EU-GMP, MHRA).
- Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory personnel on safety and cGMP compliance.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
