Key Responsibilities
- Lead
end-to-end recruitment
for IT role across multiple domains-
Domestic hiring manadatory.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, critical roles, evolving skill requirements, and niche talent acquisition.
- Drive hiring across
Data & Digital, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Financial Shared Services
.
- Analyze talent trends, compensation benchmarks, competitor intelligence, and market insights to build data-driven hiring strategies.
- Manage recruiter productivity and hiring funnel metrics including
SLA, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and diversity hiring
.
- Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent platforms, and universities.




- Collaborate with Employer Branding and TA CoEs on recruitment marketing and talent branding initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging technology stacks, skills trends, and changing talent-market dynamics.
- Ensure
ATS compliance, audit readiness, recruitment documentation, and process governance
.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from
sourcing to onboarding
.

Ideal Candidate

✅
14+ years
of progressive Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience

✅ Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills

✅ Exposure to Technology hiring

✅ Solid understanding of talent markets, hiring analytics, and recruitment strategy

✅ Degree in
HR, Technology, or a related field
