Role Description

We are looking for an experienced
Training Officer
with solid expertise in
Soft Services, Housekeeping, and Facility Management
. The candidate will be responsible for designing, conducting, and monitoring training programs for housekeeping and soft service teams to ensure high standards of service delivery, hygiene,



safety, grooming, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct
induction, refresher, on-the-job, and skill-based training
for housekeeping and soft service employees.
- Develop and deliver training modules based on
SOPs, work instructions, client requirements, and industry standards
.
- Train frontline staff on:
- Housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards
- Hygiene and sanitation
- Grooming and personal hygiene
- Cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Safety procedures and safe working practices
- Waste management and sustainability practices
- Customer service and workplace etiquette
- Conduct practical demonstrations and evaluate employee performance.
- Identify training and competency gaps and prepare improvement plans.
- Coordinate with
Operations Managers, Facility Managers, and Site Supervisors
to understand operational training requirements.
