About the Company

We are a pharmaceutical company focused on the development of Generics, NDA and 505(b)(2) products for the US and other regulated markets, working with CDMO/CRO partners and commercial clients across geographies.

Purpose of the Role

To independently draft, review and negotiate the company's contracts with CDMOs, CROs, clients and other partners, and to handle general corporate legal matters, protecting the company's commercial interests across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

Global Contracts
- Draft, review and negotiate CDMO agreements: manufacturing & supply and licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements.
- Handle CRO / development agreements: master service agreements.
- Prepare / draft CDAs/NDAs, maintain a contract repository and obligations tracker.
- Manage disputes,



notices and pre-litigation strategy; brief and coordinate external counsel in India, the US and other jurisdictions and control legal spend.
- Support regulatory-adjacent legal matters: Paragraph IV / patent-related coordination with IP counsel, and data-protection obligations.

Candidate Profile
- 8–10 years of pharma-focused legal experience with hands-on drafting and negotiation of CDMO/CRO and licensing agreements.
- Working knowledge of US pharmaceutical commercial arrangements (wholesaler, GPO, distribution agreements) strongly preferred.
- Sound understanding of IP fundamentals (patents, trade secrets, tech-transfer) as they arise in pharma contracts.
- Robust negotiation and business judgement; able to operate independently with promoters/senior management and manage multiple counterparties.

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
