PR & Communications Intern

We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused PR & Communications Intern to join the Supertalks team. The role will primarily involve guest outreach, email communication, guest coordination, and building meaningful connections with potential podcast guests.

The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable with professional email communication, and have the creative thinking required to identify current and effective ways to reach out to potential guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle professional email communication and outreach with potential podcast guests, their teams, managers, PR agencies, and representatives.
- Identify and research relevant guests who could be a strong fit for Supertalks.
- Develop creative and personalised approaches to reach out to potential guests and increase response rates.
- Coordinate with guests and their teams regarding podcast invitations, availability, scheduling, and other requirements.




- Follow up with potential guests professionally and consistently while maintaining a good relationship.
- Manage the guest outreach pipeline and keep track of communication, responses, follow-ups, and confirmations.
- Coordinate internally with the production and content teams to ensure smooth guest scheduling.
- Communicate podcast details, shoot requirements, timings, and other relevant information clearly to guests and their teams.
- Explore different channels and approaches for guest outreach, including email, social media, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Think creatively about how to approach and connect with hard-to-reach or high-value potential guests.
- Maintain professional relationships with guests, PR representatives, managers, and agencies.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation of all guest communication.
