We are looking for candidates with FF & Bucket 1 team experience only, specifically in Personal Loans. The ideal candidate should be DRA Certified and have a strong background in recovery and collections.

- Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
