We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager for our publishing brand who can strengthen our online presence and effectively promote our books and authors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others
- Create creative promotional campaigns for books and authors
- Edit Reels, Short Videos, and Promotional Videos
- Design engaging Posts, Creatives, Carousels, and Stories
- Plan and schedule regular social media content
- Execute campaigns for Book Launches, Current Releases, and Author Promotions
- Suggest fresh content ideas based on current social media trends
- Work on audience engagement, reach, and overall brand growth
- Monitor social media performance and continuously improve reach and engagement

Required Skills:
- Social Media Management
- Video & Reel Editing
- Canva, Photoshop, or other designing tools
- Creative Content and Caption Writing
- Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook Marketing
- Candidates with an interest in Books, Literature, and the Publishing Industry will be preferred

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
