Recruitment & Planning:

Manage manpower planning and recruitment for office, factory, and warehouse positions.

Daily Operations:

Coordinate attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs. Onboarding: Oversee joining formalities, induction, training, and all employee documentation.

Employee Relations: Handle grievances, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary matters. HR Framework: Implement HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the employee handbook.

Compliance: Coordinate PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance requirements. Performance Management: Manage probation, confirmation, and basic performance-review systems.

Reporting & Strategy: Provide monthly reporting on attendance, vacancies, attrition, and employee matters while building scalable HR processes for the future.

Candidate Profile Experience:

5–7 years of hands-on HR generalist experience. Background: Experience in manufacturing, garments, textiles, retail,



warehouses, workshops, or other labor-intensive businesses is highly preferred.

Core Skills: Must have personally handled attendance, payroll inputs, recruitment, documentation, and employee relations.

Technical Proficiency: Solid Excel skills and comfortable using HRMS or attendance software. Working knowledge of PF, ESI, and labor-related documentation. Communication: Bengali and Hindi are essential; functional English is required. Must be comfortable interacting with both worker-level and office employees.

Work Style: Calm but firm, organized, trustworthy, execution-oriented, and capable of resolving routine HR matters without escalating everything to Management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
