Position: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Real Estate background mandatory)

Salary: 20,000 45,000 per month (+ incentives, based on experience & performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our premium/luxury apartment projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Handle walk-in and online enquiries for luxury apartment projects
- Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective clients
- Explain project features, floor plans, pricing, and payment plans to clients




- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
- Ensure excellent post-sales customer service and support for documentation/loan process

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience in the Real Estate sector (mandatory)
- Prior exposure to luxury/premium residential project sales preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and target-driven personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred for site visits
- Fluency in local language + English/Hindi
