Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates. The role involves sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate relationships, and supporting the organisation's hiring goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department managers.
- Must have experience in handling Front end hiring (Store Manager/Stores staff /Customer Service Agent )/Fashion Consultant )and Sales Hiring (Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager/Brand or Sales Head/, Advertising Manager). Back end hiring experience (of Corporate position of Accounts) will be an addition.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
- Source candidates through job boards, skilled networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.




- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and maintain recruitment documentation.
- Conduct reference and background checks where applicable.
- Extend job offers and assist in salary negotiations within company guidelines.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with HR and relevant departments.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company recruitment policies.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate preferably from Apparel & Fashion industry
