Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets through cross-selling and upselling of life insurance products.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Identify new opportunities for bancassurance partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop targeted promotional campaigns.
Job Requirements :
- 0-16 years of experience in agency management, banking products (BFSI), direct sales, field sales, gold loan industry or similar roles.
- Solid understanding of insurance products such as life insurance policies and their applications.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets through cross-selling and upselling techniques.
