Role Overview

We're hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager to support and help drive marketing efforts across our product portfolio — from digital campaigns and content to lead generation and sales enablement. This is a hands-on, high-growth role ideal for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, fast learning, and direct exposure to how a startup builds its market presence from the ground up.

You'll work closely with the founders/sales team, gaining exposure across the full marketing-to-sales funnel — a great launchpad for a career in software marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM) to promote Intulet's software products
- Create marketing content — social posts, blogs, brochures, case studies, and product one-pagers — in coordination with the design/product team
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team through outbound campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound channel management
- Manage and grow Intulet's social media presence and website content
- Track campaign performance (traffic,



leads, conversions) and report on key marketing metrics
- Support participation in industry events, webinars, and trade shows
- Coordinate with the leadership team to align marketing collateral with client needs and sales pitches
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify opportunities across our target segments
- Assist in maintaining CRM data and marketing-sales handoff processes

What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in Software Sales or IT Marketing (freshers with solid internships are welcome to apply)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus, not mandatory)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in or exposure to the software sales funnel
- Self-starter attitude — comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
- Good analytical skills and comfort working with nu
