Role & responsibilities

Drive HR Operations Excellence and AI-led HR Transformation, combining solid HR Shared Services expertise with digital automation to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Lead HR Shared Services / HR Operations across employee lifecycle, onboarding, benefits, payroll interface and compliance.
- Drive AI-led HR transformation using Microsoft Copilot, AI agents and intelligent automation.
- Automate HR workflows including onboarding, employee queries, policies, leave & attendance and lifecycle processes.
- Drive digital transformation across HR Shared Servicesreducing manual work and improving selfservice adoption.
- Integrate automation with HRIS / SAP SuccessFactors.
- Identify and deliver process digitisation, self-service and productivity improvements.




- Partner with HR Tech, IT & Digital teams on transformation initiatives.
- Drive change management, adoption and governance across HR operations.

Must-Have
- Proven HR transformation & process automation experience.
- Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Copilot / AI / intelligent automation.
- Strong HRIS / SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance and governance.
- Ability to translate HR problems into AIenabled solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
