About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business & Sales Growth Specialist to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, engaging with healthcare professionals, and successfully closing sales.

The role involves extensive customer follow-ups, field visits, clinical discussions, and coordination with hospital stakeholders, including surgeons, doctors, physiotherapists, procurement, and biomedical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, cold calling, networking, and customer engagement.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets through lead generation, customer engagement, follow-ups, commercial negotiations, and sales closures.
- Meet surgeons, doctors, physiotherapists, hospital administrators,



and other healthcare professionals to present and promote products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, workshops, and hands-on sessions.
- Address clinical and technical queries and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Build solid relationships with doctors, procurement teams, biomedical engineers, hospital management, and distributors.
- Coordinate with procurement and biomedical departments for product evaluations, documentation, commercial discussions, and vendor registration.
- Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, follow-ups, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets related to customer meetings, demonstrations, sales closures, and revenue generation.
