Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development qualified with strong IFM/Facility Management industry experience to drive new business acquisition, revenue growth and client relationships.

The role will focus on B2B sales, lead generation, solution selling, tender/RFP management and contract closure for integrated facility management services. Similar current IFM BDM roles emphasize new-client acquisition, CXO/procurement relationships, proposals, tenders, negotiations and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Identify and generate new IFM business opportunities.
- Develop leads through networking, cold calling, references, market research and industry connections.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly,



quarterly and annual business targets.
- Identify opportunities across corporate, industrial, commercial and MNC clients.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Meet Facility Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads, HR Heads and CXOs.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized IFM solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations.
- Develop long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.

IFM Solution Selling
- Promote integrated solutions covering technical services, housekeeping, security, landscaping, workplace services, engineering and other support services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with Operations/Technical teams for solution design.
- Prepare commercial models and service proposals.

RFP / Tender Management
- Handle RFP, RFQ and tender opportunities from identification to submission.
