We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries and service requests through calls, WhatsApp, and email. The role involves coordinating with the service team, following up on customer issues, maintaining service records, and ensuring timely resolution while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and service requests through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate with the service team for timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up on open tickets and ensure closure within the required timeline.
- Maintain customer and service records in the ERP/CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
- Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Care / Customer Support / Voice Process preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Customer handling and relationship management
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and complaint resolution
- Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP systems or ticketing software
- Time management and multitasking
