Position: Telesales Executive
Experience: 2 Years in Telesales
Qualification: Any Degree
Location: Ambattur, Chennai
CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to Dealers, HoReCa clients, Kitchen Equipment Dealers and other customer segments.
- Explain company products/services, especially Coffee Grinders, and generate leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries and calls with priority.
- Send emails, quotations and follow up with prospective clients.
- Convert leads into sales and coordinate payments and billing.
- Coordinate with Field Sales/Service teams for client discussions when required.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and promote new product launches.
Required Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
