We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce testing to lead offshore QA activities.

Key Requirements:

6–10 years of overall QA/testing experience

Individual contributor role

Strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud

Experience with Salesforce Agentforce / AI agent testing

Expertise in functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing.

Ability to define test strategy, create test plans/cases, manage defects, and drive releases.

Experience leading offshore QA teams and coordinating with onsite/business stakeholders.

Solid understanding of Salesforce workflows, integrations, and CRM business processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Salesforce certifications and experience with test automation for Salesforce applications.
